SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOP

• Are you facing the prospect of making a difficult decision?

• Would you like to know how can you achieve a maximum market share?
• Do you have problems with your colleagues, vendors or the sales activities?
• Are you experiencing internal conflict in the organization or issues in the field of
communication?
• Would you like to gain an overview of the root causes of the problems that emerged within your organisation and the possible solutions?
The Systemic Constellation methodology can offer an efficient solution to all questions regarding the organization.

Systemic Constellation is a consultation and problem mapping method that highlights the order and hidden dynamics in the company. It reveals the untold rules, relations, motivations in the company, thus making transparent the current situation and the problem itself.

'It’s less easier to solve problems instead of trying to live with them.'

(Pierre Teilhard de Chardin)

All groups, regardless of their nature or status form a system.
The members of these systems belong to other groups and systems at the same time, thus complex interactions are taking place. During the definition of topics and mapping of problems we can gain an overview on the root causes and find the best solution.
Systemic Constellation is based on the Bert Hellinger’s method called Family Constellation.
The evolution or adaption of Hellinger’s original method was made by Matthias Varga von Kibéd, Insa Sparrer, and Günthard Weber. Milton Erickson, Virginia Satyr, Moreno, Bertold Ulsamer worked a lot on giving us the current form of this tool.

Field of application: Basically we can separate two major fields of use, the discovery of system problems, and the definition of potential solutions for these, and the other area is the support that can be provided at decision-making.
– Discovery of the operational model of firms, personal businesses, teams, groups.
– Modelling of the relations between participants of an organization or system.
– Discovery of the current status and mapping of root causes.
– Estimation of the potential impact of the changes proposed by the Client.
– Estimation of the potential options for change considered during the Systemic Constellation.
